{Hollee & Jonny Engaged} Montana Wedding Photographer

I didn't have snow to fall in for entertainment purposes this go round, so I had to just rely on my wit and charm.  Tee hee!  On a spring like Sunday afternoon, I met up with Jonny and Hollee in downtown Missoula to take their engagement photos.  These two are getting married in just a couple of months in Tennessee.  And while I wish that I were able to photograph their wedding, the location and budget just doesn't fit.  But I am very excited that I WAS able to photograph their engagement shots.

I just adore downtown Missoula.  It provides tons of urban nooks and crannies to take amazing photographs in.  And while shooting, I began thinking about how cool this will be for their albums.  They got their engagement shots done in Missoula...where Jonny is from and where they plan on residing for now.  Then their wedding photos will be in a complete different scenario in Tennessee, where Hollee is from.  A perfect little mesh of their two worlds coming together.  I like it!

Without further ado, here are some of my favorites from their engagement gallery!  Enjoy!

There you have it...my pick of faves.  Aren't they the cutest?!  I would love to hear what you think, so feel free to comment!!

Until later,

  1. Great pictures! I love them all, what a great looking couple. My favorite is Hollee sitting on the step holding on to Johnny's legs and his arms are crossed...his facial expression, PRICELESS!!!

Wonderful use of architecture for people photography. Helps bring out their personalities without being intrusive. Definitely keep using Missoula as your backdrop!
