Happy December, everyone!!  So, I still totally have a few more weddings from this past summer to share with you, but I wanted to switch gears for a moment and show you some extra amazing senior portraits!  Not only did I get to shoot this beautiful girl....I'm also related to her!  This is my cousin Rylee, who is a senior in Spokane, WA this year.

She had a true vision for her senior images, and they turned out fantastic!!  Here is a peek into how we spent our day shooting!

{Dustin & Rebekah Engaged} Montana Wedding Photographer

Happy Monday, everyone!!  Today I have a beautiful fall engagement to share with you!  We headed out to Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge to take these images just a few weeks ago...and we couldn't have asked for better lighting or a more beautiful backdrop.  Winter has now settled into our area, so looking back on these images is so nice.  It proves that we really had a lovely fall, and two people so in love were able to capture it all together!

Here is a look into the engagement session of Dustin & Rebekah.  They will be getting married in late August next summer, which means I have SO long before I get to photograph them again!!  These two are such a cute couple, with two super cute dogs....I can't wait for next summer!

{Kyle + Caitlin} Montana Wedding Photographer

Hey there!  I have another wedding to share with you today, which happens to be my second wedding at Tarkio River Lodge this season.  This venue really has that perfect outdoors look to it, with the woods and river surrounding the beautiful lodge and barn.  I really love that the wedding photos completely compliment Kyle & Caitlin's outdoors engagement session as well!!

Kyle and Caitlin were married on July 21st at Tarkio River Lodge.  The ceremony was officiated by a very close friend of the couple in an intimate ceremony that took place on the lawn.  The couple chose to have a band at the reception, which was the perfect music choice for them!!  It was a great party, and they even took me out for a spin on the dance floor!!  It was an awesome time!!  Here is a peek into what their wedding day looked like!

Getting Ready:
Caitlin and her girls got ready in the downstairs room of the lodge that leads out onto the deck.  It provided easy access to the outdoors when needed, and was a beautiful room to shoot her getting ready shots!!

Bridal Party:
Kyle and Caitlin chose to not see each other before the ceremony, so their bridal party photos were shot throughout the day and after the ceremony in different areas of the lodge- depending on where there was some shade at the time!

The Ceremony:
Kyle and Caitlin were married on the lawn by one of their very close friends.  They had the bluest skies with hardly a cloud in sight, and a gorgeous Montana wooded backdrop.  They had a very short, but deeply personal ceremony....which is my favorite type!! :)

The Bride & Groom:
After the ceremony, the couple sent everyone along to the barn for cocktails and appetizers while we photographed the two of them together.  Kyle and Caitlin are so in love, and it is just evident in their images.  The two of them so naturally interact with one another...they truly made my job a little bit easier! :)

The Reception/Details:
Kyle and Caitlin's reception was held in the barn on the property, with music provided by an awesome local band!  They chose BBQ for the dinner, which was catered by the local Famous Dave's in Missoula.  There was tons of dancing and fun as they celebrated with their family and friends well into the night!

 

Thank you for taking a look into the wedding day of Kyle and Caitlin!  Isn't their sweet dog, Orca just the cutest?!!  Unfortunately, the rest of their dogs were a little too nervous with all the people around...so only Orca was able to be in the shots.  I am just so happy that we could at least include her!!  I hope you enjoyed your time reading my post today!
